Terms and conditions

1. By entering this giveaway you agree to receive email marketing from Ellie Bub. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing removes you from the running to win the prize.

2. Winner is drawn on the last day of the month and notified personally by email from hello@elliebub.com.

3. Prize is not redeemable for cash. If the winner's desired style or size is out of stock a voucher for the equivalent amount can be provided.

4. Prize must be claimed within 30 days. If not claimed within 30 days the prize is forfeited. Winner must respond to the email they receive from hello@elliebub.com and provide the required information (choice of size and print, full name and mailing address) in order to claim prize. Ellie Bub will only ask for the information necessary to fulfil the winner's order, we will never ask for information such as passwords, bank details, credit card details etc. Please be wary of scams.

Are Ellie Bub products stain resistant?

Ellie Bub Smocks, Messy Mats, Toddler Aprons and Wet Bags are made from 100% recycled polyester and are very hard wearing. Having said that they are not completely stain resistant. 9 times out of 10 they will come up good as new after a wash but there are some substances that are more difficult to remove or more likely to leave a permanent mark than others. Watercolour paint, pens, permanent markers or rich red foods such as bolognese or beetroot for example. The backing fabric is also not stain resistant. 

If your items do have a stubborn stain you can try the following:

  1. Firstly - always wash or wipe your item immediately after use for the best cleaning outcome
  2. Make a paste from laundry powder or stain remover and soak for 5 mins before washing
  3. Use 30 degree water rather than cold

What is the size difference between the small and medium smocks?

Ellie Bub Smocks are generous sizes so they provide fantastic value for money and will last your little ones a long time. All babies and toddlers are different so whilst we generally recommend the small size for babies 6-12m and the medium size for toddlers 1-3yrs, it is strongly advised to follow the measurements over the age suggestions.

Small:

  • Length: 41.5cm
  • Width: 33cm
  • Sleeve: 37.5cm

Medium:

  • Length: 44cm
  • Width: 35cm
  • Sleeve: 41cm

I’ve got a discount code, can I use it in combination with other offers?

Discount codes are not valid in conjunction with other offers and cannot be 'stacked'. If you have selected a bundle which attracts an automatic discount and you enter a manual discount code, you will receive whichever discount is higher.

How do I best care for my Ellie Bub items?

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before midday on business days are dispatched via Australia Post on the same day. Orders placed after midday or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Postage times are determined by Australia Post but generally are 3-5 business days for standard post and 2-3 business days for express (longer for WA and NT).

How many smocks will I need?

We recommend starting with 2 smocks to ensure you always have one available if the other is in the wash.

Are the wet bags really waterproof?

Look, if you tip an entire drink bottle in them they’ll probably leak. But when it comes to wet bathers, towels, soiled nappies, wet smocks, reusable wipes… you will find Ellie Bub wet bags hold it all without a leak! To ensure the waterproof lining remains in it’s strongest condition please follow our care guidelines.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order items are those which can be purchased by customers before the product physically arrives at our warehouse. This allows you to secure your item ahead of time to ensure you don't miss out! All pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date. Any in-stock items ordered together with a pre-order item will be shipped to the customer once the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse. If you would like your in-stock items to be shipped immediately please place a separate order.
