Ingredients:
🍌1 cup mashed ripe bananas
🍌1 cup grated zucchini (liquid drained)
🍌1/4 cup olive oil
🍌2 eggs
🍌2 tsp vanilla extract
🍌1/3 cup honey (substitute for maple syrup for babies under 12m)
🍌1/4 cup milk of choice
🍌1 1/4 cup self-raising flour
🍌1/2 cup oats
🍌1 tsp baking powder
🍌1 tsp cinnamon
Method:
🧁Pre-heat oven to 180
🧁Line muffin tray with muffin papers and spray papers lightly with oil
🧁Drain grated zucchini and mix all ingredients together
🧁Spoon mixture into muffin papers and bake for 20-25 mins.
