Mini Master Chefs

Getting toddlers involved in the kitchen is a great way to help curb fussy eating and this recipe has plenty of safe steps for your mini master chef to do:

- Cutting out the baking paper (with age appropriate scissors)ย

- Measuring out ingredients,

- Pouringย ingredients into the bowl and mixing,

- Scraping ingredients into the baking tray while you hold the mixing bowl,

- Pressing the mixture into the baking tray,ย

- Starting the timer when the bars go into the oven.

And thereโ€™s so many more ways they can be involved as well. Let them really feel the part with one of our Toddler Aprons - bonus that they will also keep their clothes mess free!

Make clean up a breeze

To make sure clean up is super easy afterwards, place a messy mat over your bench top before you begin and use a toddler apron for your little one. Both can either be wiped clean or machine washed afterwards so you can enjoy these delicious Apple Pie OMG Bars without the stress of stained clothes and dirty benchtops.ย
